I started coming to CSS to address lower back pain and since starting my treatment I’ve been feeling so much better. Not only is my lower back pain greatly reduced, I’ve experienced an improvement in overall mood and I can physically feel the correction of my spine from my treatment plan and exercises. … More I often feel uncomfortable with new people but everyone at CSS is so friendly and welcoming that I became comfortable very quickly. The energy there is so uplifting and supportive and I cannot recommend them enough!!

I absolutely love this group of people. I came to them with a lower back in extreme pain, a headache that wouldn’t go away due to my neck being out of alignment, shoulders hurting etc. I was a mess. Not only in 2 months have my headaches gone away but also my shoulders aren’t so sore anymore and my lower … More back feels so much better. I do not have a lot of chiropractic experience, but I’m glad I sought out CSS for treating my lower back and hip pain after a three-year stint as a house cleaner. My pain has lessened significantly and I’ve gained mobility in my back and neck. I felt better after one week, and I feel better after five … More weeks than I have in years. If you are concerned about and committed to long-term health and not just a one-off back crack, CSS would be a great choice.
Be aware it is chiropractic care that is tailored to you but in a group/community setting, so you’ll be adjusted and doing stretches alongside other familiar faces. It can be intimidating at first, but I adapted quickly and now enjoy my visits. The energy is very positive.
The staff are friendly and invested in you. Be prepared to be greeted by name, asked about your life, and have your birthday remembered.
Dr. Asli and Dr. Shapiro are very knowledgeable, patient and reassuring. I always feel better after an adjustment.
